Zbigniew Burzyński (1902–1971), engineer, balloon pilot, Polish air force captain. He won Gordon Bennett’s Cup twice. The creator of the first airship in Poland. He set many international balloon records.
Zbigniew Burzyński carried out 138 flights (1500 hours) in various kinds of balloon units (free, leashed, airships).
